Detroit: Past, Present and Future

June 23, 2016 • Sherman & Sterling, 500 Lexington Avenue — The Urban Land Institute (ULI) presented a fascinating look at the transformation of Detroit from a failing metropolitan area to a city on the rebound. We learned first hand about the changes taking place from developers, business owners, lenders and public officials who are working together to bring the jobs, housing, commercial development and basic services necessary to create a thriving city.
