Do’s & Don’ts of Tenant Improvement Allowances

We delved into strategies that can be incorporated into leases to avoid pitfalls from both the landlord and tenant perspectives. It’s one thing for a landlord to agree to pay the tenant improvement allowance, but it can be quite another thing to actually fund the allowance as, and when, promised.
