Economic Forecast with Sam Chandan

Dr. Chandan heads up New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and hosts The Real Estate Hour on Sirius XM Radio. Prior to joining NYU, Dr. Chandan was a professor at Wharton and founded Chandan Economics. At the 2020 Economic Forecast, Dr. Chandan shared a comprehensive assessment of, and projected forecast for, the U.S. and global economy, and he described the implications for the commercial and residential real estate markets.
