RECon Academy 2014: The New Green Lease Program

May 19, 2014, Las Vegas — Ellen Sinreich led an interactive program for real estate professionals that focused on how to create a financial framework for greening multi-tenant retail properties at RECon, the global retail real estate conference. Ellen used the newly published ICSC Green Study Lease (which she prepared) as a template for how landlords and tenants can collaborate to create resource efficient, healthy and comfortable properties with financial underpinnings that work for both parties.
