Selected Issues in Shopping Center Transactions

At this program, issues ranging from the impact of omnichannel retailing and the emergence of new kinds of shopping center tenants to the importance of understanding and coordinating use restrictions, co-tenancy requirements, and the competing needs of retail landlords and tenants were covered. This presentation was part of the Practising Law Institute’s 19th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute.
